Holly Ann Chaney

Holly Ann Chaney is a seasoned real estate professional who has specialized in the sale and resale of equestrian properties for more than 20 years. Her extensive knowledge of the luxury properties of Palm Beach and Martin County make Holly a sought-after agent for any buyer, seller or investor searching for the best investment opportunities on Florida's East Coast.

Prior to earning her real estate license, Holly worked in Radio and in the Marketing and Advertising industries. As the Director of Marketing and Public Relations for a large New England financial planning firm, she found that she had a penchant for Finance and Marketing. Marrying her expertise in both industries, she went on to host a weekly radio show, Money Talks for Women, which aired on two major Boston stations.

This experience has given Holly a unique and well-rounded skill set that has transitioned beautifully into her real estate career. Dedicated to providing the highest level of service, Holly is with her clients each step of the way from the initial property search through contract negotiations, inspection, appraisal, financing, and closing. Maintaining contact with her clients past the closing date, she is available to answer any questions that may come up and has found that clients soon become friends.

Born in South Carolina, Holly grew up in the small New England town of Bedford, Massachusetts. After high school, she earned several certificates in financial services including a Certificate in Financial Planning from Merrimack College. She studied Marketing and Public Relations at Boston University. Previously involved with an organization dedicated to stopping abuse and the rescue of horses and foals. Deeply connected to the equine community, she enjoys giving back to her community as much as possible through various charitable efforts. Her appreciation of homes, décor, and renovation runs deep. She makes her home in Wellington, where she has lived since 1998.
